• Job Description: Represent clients in immigration matters before government agencies and in court proceedings; review and assist with the preparation of legal documents, such as applications, petitions, appeals, and waivers; oversee office operations and the work of legal support staff, such as paralegals and legal assistants; provide expertise and technical guidance to more junior attorneys; communicate with clients regarding their immigration matters; and drive community outreach activities and public relations related to U.S. immigration law and policies. Supervise the work of 8 employees.

• Qualifications and Desired Skills: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Law or a related field, and 2 years of experience representing, advising, and assisting clients in immigration law matters. Experience stated herein to involve: analyzing U.S. immigration law and policies to advise and assist clients with complex immigration law matters; representing clients in proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR); representing clients before government agencies and tribunals, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of Justice (DOJ); and driving community outreach activities related to immigration law and policies. Position requires a valid license to practice law in the United States.
