Emily Benítez is a licensed attorney in both Mexico and the United States.

Emily was born and raised in the beautiful port city of Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. Emily pursued her higher education at Anahuac University in Mexico City, one of the country’s most prestigious institutions, where she earned her first law degree. Her academic journey was distinguished by her dedication and passion for understanding the intricacies of legal systems, both in Mexico and internationally. Emily furthered her education with a master’s degree in U.S. Law from the University of Houston Law Center, after which she was licensed to practice law in the United States by the State Bar of Texas.
